Norman Q. Tancioco
As a teen, Norman displayed a talent for color and visual expression. Whether traditional landscapes or abstract work, he has always experimented with textures and unusual shapes produced by watercolor.
After receiving a BS from Colorado State University at Pueblo, Norman worked for several advertising agencies in Colorado Springs and Denver. He was an illustrator at the U S Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
After retiring from the Space and Navel Warfare Systems Center Pacific in San Diego, CA, as a visual information specialist, Norman relocated to Santa Fe and joined TWS. Norman appreciates the vividness of northern New Mexico.
Norman was a member of the San Diego Watercolor Society and is a signature member of TWS. He exhibits with TWS.
